Job details
Job description: Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.
Qualifications:
High School/K12 Graduate or at least 2nd Year College Completed.
No experience is needed (except for Back Office roles).
Back Office Role Requirements:
At least 6 months of relevant experience in the following fields:
Financial/Back Office, Bank Employees, Law Firm Staff
Loan Collectors, Cashiers, Tellers
Accounting Staff, Contact Tracers Or Any complex back-office role
