Qualifications:
College graduate.
At least 3 years of experience in scheduling deliveries for consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare delivery schedules based on Sales Orders (SO).
Assign trucks, drivers, and helpers for deliveries.
Handle trip tickets, meal allowances, and overtime permits for delivery personnel.
Maintain daily delivery schedules and summaries for outgoing deliveries.
Manage petty cash, expense summaries, and vehicle registrations.
Coordinate with external truckers for high-volume deliveries.
Schedule:
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite at CBY Head Office
