Senior Architect

Company: Siccotel Trading Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 6 PM - 3 AM Job Description: Siccotel Trading is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. This role requires a creative thinker who can manage complex projects, collaborate effectively with clients and team members, and ensure the highest standards of architectural excellence. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
2. Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring their needs are met.
3. Oversee and coordinate the work of junior architects, drafters, and other team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are achieved.
4. Ensure all architectural designs and plans comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
5. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate all design elements cohesively.
7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction adheres to design specifications.
8. Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and permit applications.
9. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure innovative and sustainable design solutions.
10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
2. Licensed architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and completing complex architectural projects.
4. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, etc.).
5. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
6. Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
9. Portfolio demonstrating experience in a variety of architectural projects.

1. Experience in sustainable design and LEED certification.
2. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
3. Experience working on international projects.
