Office Timings: 10:30 to 19:30 What we want: Salemax Plus is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our commercial real estate sales team. This role involves hot lead calling, converting leads into sales, conducting site visits, and following up with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Handling : Engage with hot leads generated through site visits and calls, convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Conversion : Present, promote, and sell commercial and residential building projects to potential clients.
- Site Visits : Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers, providing detailed information about the project and its offerings.
- Follow-Up : Manage re-visits and continuous follow-ups to ensure potential clients remain engaged throughout the decision-making process.
- Deal Closing : Lead negotiations and assist in closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper documentation.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing ongoing support.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity, progress towards sales targets, and customer feedback.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or commercial projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and coordinate site visits efficiently
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Pune's commercial real estate market is a plus
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
