Job Description Summary A MoEngage CRM specialist with skills spanning from Marketing Automation, Stakeholder Management, Campaign Execution & QA, Strategize, Report & Analyze. MoEngage expert, with knowledge of other tools as an added advantage. Job description: • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in executing campaigns on MoEngage CRM platform; designing and implementing campaigns. • The candidate should have experience in other platforms such as Salesforce, MoEngage, Karix, Netcore, Marketo etc…• Provide technical guidance and support to developer teams and business users regarding MoEngage CRM Automation tool-related issues and best practices. • Should be able to run campaign Automation and build complex journeys. • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Marketing Automation technologies and recommend enhancements/innovations or new features to improve the campaign performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. • Monitor and optimize the performance of the Marketing Automation solution to meet SLAs and scalability requirements. • Should be able to do reporting and analysis of the campaigns and think strategically. • Knowledge of landing page development, HTML is an added advantage. • Certification in MoEngage and/or other Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce and Adobe will be highly preferred • JINJA framework and understanding shall be highly preferred • Experience in implementation of the Marketing Automation shall be highly preferred. Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Should know about CRM systems, CDP, and analytics tools • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
