Job Description : VisionPLUS developer/Lead
- Proficient in Visionplus Developer to design and develop software solutions within the Visionplus framework.
- knowledge of Visionplus modules and development expertise required.
- 4 years hands on experience in VisionPlus required.
- Experience in monitoring and providing solutions for Production and UAT Incidents.
- Experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.
- To be able to work independently and escalate if the issue is not resolved on time.
- Analysis skills and expertise in issue resolution and provide fixes for that.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical know-how and solutions to complex business problems.
- Gather client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development team.
- Experience in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing and in production.
- Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsystems, Batch processing
- Experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.
- Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsystems, Batch processing
- Experience in Mainframe - JCL, COBOL, VSAM and CICS
- Experience in one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban
- Vision PLUS Flex experience is preferrable.
