Compliance Manager - Internal Audit & Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary who will be hired as a Compliance Manager , with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Compliance Management, Regulatory, and Legal Compliance. The desired candidate should have an excellent understanding and knowledge of industry best practices and standards. The candidate should be capable of identifying risks and preparing a mitigation plan for the company. The position is going to be based in our corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana – Delhi | NCR, India. Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Regularly update and maintain the compliance tool and ensure MIS reporting and fulfillment of required compliances on time.
• Ensure the company’s alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best industry practices.
• Identify, assess, and prepare a mitigation plan for compliance risks
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor changes in regulations and update compliance master accordingly
• Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and the Board
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
• Promote a culture of compliance within the organization
• Investigate and respond to compliance incidents and breaches
• Develop and implement corrective action plans

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record

Mandatory skills required are - Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance and Legal Compliance

• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification

• A Qualified Company Secretary or LLB is required
