  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and execute global and India-specific compensation strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements in all regions.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee statutory benefits (e.g., PF, Gratuity, ESI) and employee wellness programs.
  • Long-Term Incentive Plans: Design and manage equity-based compensation aligned with strategic goals.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership to align strategies with business priorities.
  • Global Mobility: Manage expatriate compensation and compliance.
Qualifications Summary for AVP: Compensation and Benefits
  • Education : MBA in HR.
  • Experience : 12–15 years of proven expertise in compensation & benefit management.
  • Global Exposure : Hands-on experience managing compensation and benefits programs across India, Germany, and the US.
  • Specialised Knowledge :
  • Comprehensive understanding of global and Indian compensation practices.
  • Expertise in long-term incentive plans, expatriate compensation, executive compensation, and equity-based programs.
