Purpose: Join a dynamic global organisation to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies, shaping the future of employee programs across India, Germany, and the US. Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and execute global and India-specific compensation strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements in all regions.
- Benefits Management: Oversee statutory benefits (e.g., PF, Gratuity, ESI) and employee wellness programs.
- Long-Term Incentive Plans: Design and manage equity-based compensation aligned with strategic goals.
- Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership to align strategies with business priorities.
- Global Mobility: Manage expatriate compensation and compliance.
- Education : MBA in HR.
- Experience : 12–15 years of proven expertise in compensation & benefit management.
- Global Exposure : Hands-on experience managing compensation and benefits programs across India, Germany, and the US.
- Specialised Knowledge :
- Comprehensive understanding of global and Indian compensation practices.
- Expertise in long-term incentive plans, expatriate compensation, executive compensation, and equity-based programs.
