- Initial Screening : Conduct first-round interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination : Organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement : Be a go-to contact for candidates, answering questions and providing role insights.
- Collaboration : Work with senior recruiters to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Candidate Assessment : Evaluate technical skills via screenings and pre-employment tests.
- Onboarding Support : Assist with onboarding and prepare necessary documentation.
- Locations : 60+ exciting openings in Mumbai and Ahmedabad .
- Experience : Open to freshers and professionals with up to 5 years of experience.
- Preference : IT professionals and freshers with a passion for recruitment are highly encouraged to apply!
- Shift Timing : US Shift (Night Shift).
- Work Mode : Work from Office only .
