PA to Area Manager
Job details
This role is full-time, in-office, and working directly with our Area Manager and Director as his Personal Assistant and the ideal applicant must have international business level English speaking and writing and preferably Native/Bilingual. The ideal candidate will provide general administrative and executive assistance. They should be well-organised and be comfortable scheduling meetings, internal and external together with diary planning. You should also be able to draft documents and help with any necessary meeting preparations, notes and presentation formats. As one of the worlds largest independent financial consultancies, we are also a digital bank; an investment bank and a global Fintech provider for our clients. We help our clients who are primarily expatriates and international investors to reach and exceed their financial goals. Working closely with them, we devise, implement and manage bespoke financial strategies and solutions that help create, grow and maximise their wealth. Key Responsibilities:
- Full diary management, including management of changing travel schedules.
- Organise various business and in-house meetings, and produce any related documentation in Word/PowerPoint or any other format as required by the Area Manager/Director.
- General Administrative support.
- Minimum 5-years PA experience.
- Experience in diary management and changing priorities.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload with a delivery focus and to work under pressure with conflicting and changing priorities.
- Used to working across a global organisation and building collaborative relationships with all employees
- Adaptable, flexible, solution oriented and creative thinker with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, able to prioritise and work collaboratively.
- Highly motivated, has high standards, shows empathy to colleagues and business stakeholders.
- Strong and effective written/verbal communication skills.
