Information Technology Security Engineer
Job details
Understand customer’s setup and IT solutions deployed in client’s environment. • Architecture Designing, Installation, Configuration of Security/Cloud solutions • Implementation & Operations activity needs to be performed. • Remote onsite support for tickets logged by clients for security related issues • Diagnose and Resolve issues related to solutions (via phone, email, remote or onsite)• Preparation of time sheets, reports, client activities etc. • Attend Onsite meetings / Conf-calls with Customer & Vendor. • Handle Projects related escalations effectively • Escalate unresolved Projects issues to Next Level person / respective Vendor in timely manner. • Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to the client. Key Skills required : Zscaler ZIA, ZPA and ZDX
