We seek a highly motivated 4 Inside Sales Specialists (ISRs) & 2 Enterprise Sales representatives (ESRs) with a proven track record of selling SAAS-based solutions in, IT domain. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive sales in the US market, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to US customers and working in the EST time zone. Work Location: Noida Onsite Shift Hours: EST Timezone (7 PM IST - 4 AM IST) Full time Interview Process: In Person only Interview Venue: C-4 Sec 58 Noida Job Description for Inside Sales: Responsibilities & Qualification: Experience-3-4 Years ➢Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ➢Self-motivated with a result driven approach ➢ Prior experience in MSP Sales, U.S. Staffing Sales, IT Sales, Solution Selling, SAAS Sales in North America Region is a must. ➢ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities. ➢ Prospecting: Identify & Map the right target accounts & POCs ➢ Lead Generation: Perform various sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings ➢ Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers & influencers. Provide exceptional service and maintain regular communication with prospects & clients. ➢ Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets & quotas ➢ Reporting: Adept in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & opportunities in the CRM.
