The role is responsible for being a key point of contact between the organization and its customers. Area Sales Executive responsibilities include providing inputs for development of key growth sales plan, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these plans is required to achieve your targets. Area Sales Executive duties will include achieving and exceeding annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, feedback for innovation pipeline, brand building and living to the standard of company values. Responsibilities:
- Own and Drive Sales for assigned regions & segments to ensure results are fully aligned with the business segment plans
- Execution of Business Strategy activities assigned
- Engage with Customers & Channel partners to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Expand geographical area by setting up new distributor
- Manage the Receivables and overdues in an effective way
- Execute the pricing strategy by segment in his own area and participate in pricing and contract negotiations with Key Customers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Develop a robust GOBD pipeline
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Capturing Secondary Sales in BIZOM and conducting promotional activities in line with marketing plan
