Role Objective: Drive sales, collections, and product visibility within the assigned territory by managing and growing the retail network across GT ( General Trade ) and MT (Modern Trade) outlets. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Expand and manage customer accounts and retail networks.
- Ensure product availability, distribution, and visibility.
- Execute promotional campaigns and local trade schemes.
- Collect customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely payments.
- 0.5–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
- Field-based role with extensive travel within the territory.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or non-traditional hours as needed.
