The Benefit India team is a small but immensely passionate family who bring the rule-breaking, ‘Bold & Girly’ San-Francisco vibe to India and aim to paint the town Pink. Job Description YOUR IMPACT The role will plan, execute, and monitor inventory from end-to-end for Benefit in India. YOUR MISSION Sales Forecasting

• Support to receive sales forecast from retailers and partners

• Register all new launches with the help of local partners
• Collaborate with the marketing head to ensure all registration documents are gathered from global team and supplied to local partners for timely registration
• Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure registration process timelines are met

• Work with Sales and Education head to ensure the following is being executed:
• Provide administrative support for order processing
• Ensure all POs have been received and processed on time before finance cutoff date.
• Coordinate with regional team to ensure PO processing for all retail channels.
• Weekly Communication with Planning and Forecasting any opportunities due to sales trends or anything that will effect allocations
• Monitoring incoming retailer / partner orders to ensure proper orders per allocation and shipping dates:
• Collaborate with retailer / partner to ensure timely delivery of products, manage purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monthly meeting with account to review inventory balance, sell through of products featured in marketing programs, and upcoming orders.
• Managing risk of overstock at door level, minimize liquidation liability of the company
• Communicating significant changes in SKU item Forecast Team as necessary based on emerging trend or upcoming event
• Work closely with sales teams to manage inventory levels during promotional periods, ensuring sufficient stock to meet increased demand.
• Monitoring sales of new launches to ensure immediate reorders as necessary
• Monitoring stock level by SKU and door to ensure optimum inventory balance
• Managing and negotiation of best planning, shipping, and OTB plans for the account
• Prepare SOH report on a monthly basis for all channels.
• Provide support as necessary in areas that might fall under the Account Manager responsibility such as Field Communications, Inventory Management, Customer Support, Events and Forecasting
• Liaison with Marketing as in relates to in stores and on-line activities

• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Team oriented. Ability to manage relationships across multiple departments internally and externally that build lasting partnership and collaboration
• Ability to analyze sales results and identify factors relating to business opportunities and risk
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptive attitude to changing business needs
• College graduate or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in retail planning or merchandising or category role
