Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Cloud Platform (C4C) Developer with 8-10 years of proven expertise in implementing and customizing SAP C4C solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement complex customer relationship management solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Implementation Design, develop, and implement advanced SAP C4C solutions tailored to specific business requirements Configure and customize C4C modules to optimize customer relationship management processes Create complex workflows, business rules, and integration scenarios using SAP C4C capabilities 2. Technical Development Develop custom extensions and modifications using SAP C4C's configuration and development tools Create and maintain custom logic using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) Implement integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) Develop custom UI extensions and enhance user experience through configuration and scripting 3. System Integration and Architecture Design and implement seamless integrations between SAP C4C and other cloud or on-premise systems Develop robust data migration strategies and execute complex data transfer processes Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability of C4C implementations 4. Configuration and Customization Perform advanced configuration of sales, service, and marketing processes Create custom business objects, fields, and relationships Develop and implement custom reporting and analytics solutions Configure workflow rules, approval processes, and business logic 5. Performance Optimization and Support Conduct thorough system performance analysis and optimization Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support Develop and maintain technical documentation Provide guidance and mentorship to junior development team members Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of extensive experience in SAP Customer Cloud Platform (C4C) development Proven track record of successful C4C implementation projects Strong understanding of SAP CRM business processes and best practices Expert-level knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) Advanced configuration and customization skills in SAP C4C Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP C4C configuration and development Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and integration technologies Knowledge of OData services and RESTful API development Familiarity with SAP UI5 and Fiori design principles Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Experience in SCPI is preferable Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in cross-functional teams Excellent project management and documentation skills Customer-centric approach to solution design Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Development Consultant - SAP Customer Cloud SAP Certified Technology Professional - Cloud Integration Advanced SAP Cloud Platform certifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field About VML VML is a leading creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to create connected brands and drive growth.
