Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Thynk Beyond. The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing and effective designs for various media, including print, digital, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory and proficiency in industry-standard design software. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.
• Design graphics for digital media, including websites, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all media.
• Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure that designs meet project goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Coral, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
