The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our company's .NET-based applications, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support for .NET-based applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to identify and resolve application issues.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, including performance issues, errors, and compatibility problems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, user guides, and release notes.
- Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades, patches, and new releases.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
