Greetings, TCS is looking for Mainframe Developer. Experience: 5 - 10 Years Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10th, 12th and Graduation) Location: Kochi Requirements & Skills:
- Extensive working experience in Cobol Development and Maintenance.
- Database : DB2/SQL Server (Optional - IMS).
- Control - M
- Concepts : Checkpoint restart (DB2/IMS), GSAM file processing
- MicroFocus development
- Good Knowledge on batch scheduler and batch flow processing (preferred - Control-M scheduler).
- Worked in online transaction flow, performed debug and analysis of abends to find root cause
- Able to troubleshoot issues, perform deep dive analyses on the call flow across multiple Cobol programs, perform development/code corrections and test/debug COBOL programs.
- Must have worked in Agile/Scrum model.
- Good communication and analytical capabilities.
