The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers, handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs, ensure excellent customer service, maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, and ensure repeat customers. Responsibilities 职责:

  • Responsible for after-sales service, claims, etc.;
  • Responsible for parts sales, product maintenance service, product shopping guide, working condition audit, customer training, etc.;
  • Responsible for parts quotation, inventory forecasting, ordering and delivery contracts, inventory management and claims.
Qualifications 资质:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience;
  • >=3 years experiences of service in aerial work platform;
  • English fluency both in oral and written;
  • This position will require travel.
