ITC Infotech is looking for a CPG Consumer Intimacy Consultant (10-12years): Bangalore. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy : Engage with global customers to understand & assess business problems areas in Consumer acquisition and retention, life cycle journey for CPG industry (F&B, Tobacco, Personal Care etc.)
- Identify process, technology & data gaps. Define to-be processes to address & create D2C digital transformation roadmaps for CPG organizations
- Identify Analytics and dashboard needs for business decision makers’ visibility to manage consumer lifecycle, D2C interaction and commerce, Consumer data, Competition data and market trends.
- Implementation : Support implementation and adoption of Consumer-focused digital transformation solutions, (D2C, CDP, Loyalty, After sales etc.) and ensure alignment with business strategy and plans for CPG organizations
- Employ transformative technologies on Data platforms, Advanced Analytics, AI, etc. Define, Design and drive specifications, and SOPs with relevant inputs from cross functional teams.
- Engage with leading software product providers and analysts to keep abreast of industry trends.
- Capability building ad GTM: Build New Capabilities with various solution components in the space of Consumer Intimacy for CPG organizations
- Plan and execute global GTM for new capabilities
- MBA or equivalent with 10 to 12 years of consumer lifecycle focused experience in CPG vertical in consulting or industry role
- Strong credentials in consumer process facing function of CPG Industries
- Strong Client facing skills and should have worked with Global customers
- Experience in leading digital enablement teams for CPG solutions in Consumer Intimacy.
- Ability to interpret business objectives and consumer strategy to proactively identify issues and opportunities.
- Understand technology fundamentals, including architectures, data modelling & development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, & ability to do Market Research in the space.
- Proven ability for cross-functional collaboration
