Non-Voice Customer Support - Bilingual Chinese & English

Job Overview

Join Strikingly, a leading mobile-optimized website builder, on our mission to empower individuals to express their uniqueness. We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support agent, referred to as Happiness Officers. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service through our email and live chat platforms while translating our product communications into Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

1. Embody our brand’s voice and personality in every customer interaction
2. Create remarkable experiences for both new and existing customers across various channels (email, chat, social media)
3. Translate product content and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails
4. Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and internal systems to assist customers effectively
5. Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor in all customer and team interactions

Required Skills

1. Proficient Chinese and English communication skills
2. Strong enthusiasm for assisting individuals with varying levels of understanding
3. Passion for learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
4. Prior experience in customer service within a high-paced environment

Qualifications

1. Availability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
2. Possess a functioning computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a stable internet connection of at least 20Mbps
