The company is an initiative of two veteran entrepreneurs having a combined experience of 60+ years leading large-scale companies in India. _______________________________________________________________________________ The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and executing all aspects of a large-scale semiconductor/electronics manufacturing project . This role involves working directly with the promoters, coordinating with international and domestic stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. The Project Manager will act as the central point of communication and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of organization, reporting, and execution. Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with promoters on project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including international and domestic partners, vendors, and consultants.
• Act as a bridge for communication across all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Manage project action lists, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Create, monitor, and update project reports, including Gantt charts, progress trackers, and dashboards.
• Maintain comprehensive meeting documentation, including taking meeting minutes and tracking action items.
• Follow up with teams and individuals to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Develop presentations, financial models, and analytical reports as required by the promoters.
• Take ownership of project management tools/software and ensure accurate data and file organization.
• Ensure efficient data management and document control within the project ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• (A Master's degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with preference given to candidates with manufacturing/semiconductor/electronics industry experience.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery with measurable outcomes.
