Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, the Candidate Experience Partner ensures a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing techniques, and promoting diversity and inclusion, this role plays a key part in shaping the company's future workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sourcing and conversion data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the efficiency of sourcing efforts and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a community of potential future candidates, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively identify, source, and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, employee referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean searches.
- Conduct phone screens and/or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers regarding candidate suitability.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation in sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Promote inclusion by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer -Prior experience in sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media channels to identify and engage top talent.
- Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Techniques -In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and innovative candidate engagement practices.
- Market and Talent Pool Insights - Strong understanding of labor market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managers.
