Since September 2024, we have been teaching Math, English, Coding, and Music to learners in the United States and South Asia. In just four months, we have become one of the fastest-growing companies on marketplaces like Outschool, with a live teacher base of 40 educators. We are now establishing systems to support our founding team as part of our growth journey. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an English Curriculum Developer - K-8 at BrightR Club. The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for developing and designing English curriculum for students in grades K-8. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging lesson plans, designing assessments, conducting research on best practices, and collaborating with educators to ensure quality educational content. Qualifications
- Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills
- Strong communication and writing abilities
- Research skills
- Experience in creating educational content
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of K-8 English curriculum standards
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
