Position: Impact Analyst (Full-Time, Remote) We are seeking a highly skilled Impact Analyst to work with one of our prestigious venture capital clients. This full-time remote position is ideal for an individual with a passion for evaluating and enhancing social and environmental outcomes through data-driven analysis. As an Impact Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the social and environmental impact of the company’s operations, investments, and projects. Utilizing recognized impact measurement frameworks and data analytics , you will deliver actionable insights to drive positive contributions and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of social and environmental impacts using industry-recognized frameworks.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess performance and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to maximize positive impact.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement impact-driven initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven expertise in impact measurement and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with recognized frameworks such as IRIS+, GIIRS, or GRI standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics , Sustainability , Social Sciences , Environmental Studies , Data Analytics , or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s or MBA) in Impact Assessment , Sustainable Development , or Corporate Social Responsibility are preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel , Power BI , Tableau , or R/Python .
  • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks , including:
  • IRIS+ (Impact Reporting and Investment Standards)
  • GIIRS (Global Impact Investing Rating System)
  • GRI Standards (Global Reporting Initiative)
  • SROI (Social Return on Investment)
  • SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) alignment frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria and reporting.
  • Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis and using qualitative/quantitative research methods .
Professional Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in impact evaluation, sustainability reporting, or social/environmental performance analysis (2–5 years preferred).
  • Experience working in industries such as venture capital , nonprofits , consulting , or corporate sustainability is an advantage.
  • Track record of designing and implementing data-driven solutions to measure impact.
