Company Description Muses Consulting Studio is the premier marketplace for student services, facilitating partnerships between student groups and companies. Our past expertise ranges from content creation, marketing- campaigns, campus ambassadorship, and product development to data engineering, software development, user testing, market research, and analytics. Muses has a history of successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Amazon Studios, Warner Brothers, McDonald's, and Doordash, as well as numerous innovative startups, many of which boast backing from prestigious accelerators like Y Combinator (YC) and Techstars. We are on the hunt for someone who understands what makes the youth, the Muses of the future, and the clients that can partner with them, tick. Think of somebody caffeinated and wide-eyed who is ready to work VERY hard. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Outreach:

  • Develop and maintain lead lists of prospective clients in target industries.
  • Ensure continuous execution of outreach sequences, managing email campaigns to attract and engage leads.
CRM and Pipeline Management :
  • Track all leads and interactions in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and detailed records of all touchpoints.
  • Monitor lead activity and optimize follow-up schedules to ensure leads are nurtured to the pitch stage.
Lead Nurturing and Client Acquisition:
  • Respond to inbound leads and proactively nurture them through each stage of the business development cycle.
  • Organize and conduct introductory calls, and prepare and send follow-up materials to move prospects through to signed clients.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
  • Run A/B tests on different business development strategies and outreach methods to determine which approaches yield the best results.
  • Analyze the outcomes of these tests and refine the methods for better lead conversion .
Pitch Deck and Proposal Creation:
  • Design, prepare, and customize pitch decks, proposals, and other client-facing materials to present compelling value propositions.
Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Organize internal conferences and coordinate event calendars for speaking engagements, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage logistics for in-person events, ensuring smooth execution and maximizing opportunities for business connections.
Contract Negotiation :
  • Lead the negotiation process with prospective clients, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial and align with the company’s goals.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring they meet client needs while maintaining company profitability.
Reporting and Metrics Tracking:
  • Track key business development metrics such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Prepare regular reports to provide insights to senior management and ensure targets are being met.
Market Research and Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify potential new clients, partnerships, and sectors that align with our offerings and can fuel business growth.
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years o f proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Apollo , with a strong understanding of CRM and lead management tools to effectively track and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B prospecting cycle, including identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding prospects through each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Proven ability to pitch effectively to business clients, delivering tailored presentations and proposals that address client pain points and add value.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle outreach schedules, client follow-ups, and deal pipelines efficiently.
Note: Please note that this position requires availability primarily during EST and PST hours, which falls in the timeframe of 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST.
