- Product Management: Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure a flawless presentation of our exquisite Indian wear.
- Website Merchandising: Optimize product placements, create impactful landing pages, and drive seasonal campaigns to boost sales and engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and traffic to enhance product visibility and profitability.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work with the marketing, design, and photography teams to craft visually appealing promotions and banners.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and intuitive online shopping experience while constantly improving navigation and functionality.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of our bestsellers while coordinating with the supply chain team.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute discounts, offers, and festive promotions aligned with brand strategies and market trends.
- Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising (fashion/apparel experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for Indian ethnic wear and understanding of customer preferences in this segment.
