Description Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for the full life-cycle of incidents and problems. The position will require working closely with the product, engineering and sales team to deliver a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities
- Working with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues on the different levels of solutions (i.e. Database, Application, Communication, and Integration Interfaces Levels).
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and tickets.
- Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets.
- Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
- Collaborate with customers over remote calls to understand their queries and brainstorm potential solutions.
- Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.
- Basic exp in JS, HTML, CSS.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a familiar field.
- Willing to work in the US time zone (3:00am to 10:00am IST).
- Experience in writing SQL queries.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using no-code/low-code platforms.
- Knowledge in database engines (PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL Databases).
- Experience in using cloud storage services like AWS S3.
- Basic understanding of platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
