HR Advisor Location: Cork As a HR Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advice and tailored solutions to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for managing cases to resolution, building rapport with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Communicate with clients via video conference, phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed to create bespoke employment documentation in line with company policies.
- Record work and produce daily/weekly reports as required.
- Stay up-to-date with employment law and HR best practices to provide the most current and relevant advice to clients.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and other company initiatives, including those outside of normal working hours as needed.
- Undertake other tasks as required by the business.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and confident manner when interacting with clients.
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage your diary, cases, and day-to-day tasks.
