Job Title : Staff and Senior Speech and Language Therapist Location : Dublin Employment Type : Full-Time Salary : Depends on Experience About the Role We are hiring both Staff Grade and Senior Speech and Language Therapists to join the exceptional team at our client who is a renowned provider of specialist mental health and neuropsychiatric services in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a progressive environment, delivering patient-centered care to individuals with complex mental health and neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance patients’ quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff.
- Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers to support continued progress.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members (Senior SLT role).
- Recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registration with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience for both roles, with expertise in mental health or neuropsychiatric services preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting.
