Manager, Manpower Planning and Analytics You are responsible for the maintenance of the overall hospital establishments in JurongHealth Campus. You will perform workforce analysis and projections to build manpower dashboard and prepare reports & surveys for internal and external stakeholders, with the support of 1 direct report. Job Responsibilities: Manpower Readiness Key HR representative in the annual manpower budgeting exercises. Monitor and update manpower readiness. Harmonise the manpower planning and budgeting processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Highlight manpower issues or gaps to senior management & division directors for appropriate actions to be taken. Institute structured and disciplined manpower requisition and establish management processes through development of guidelines, requirements and templates. Manpower Analysis Analyse current manpower inventory and making future manpower forecast using advanced statistical models and tools to generate meaningful insights and drive actions. Provide manpower data analysis reports to stakeholders. Keep abreast of changes by scanning of environment on tools and methodologies used for manpower planning and analysis of data. Manage all reporting requirements & survey under the function. HR Planning Computation of Manpower Productivity Indicators. Propose KPI targets using past trend data, monitor and track achievements. Other Projects / Assignments Project Lead for the hospitals’ Manpower Budgeting System Project Develop project management timeline and work in close partnership with respective stakeholders, including NUHS Group’s Centre of Excellence (COE) for Manpower Planning. Participate in other various HR projects when assigned. Job Requirements: Possess a relevant degree with major in a quantitative discipline, that is, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or any related discipline. Minimum five years’ working experience in related field, with supervisory experience. Healthcare experience is an added advantage. Team player with strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills with advanced excel skills. Experience in Manpower Budgeting System project is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with working knowledge in statistical software package Excellent communication, presentation with interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and capable to effectively prioritize/organize work. Machine learning skills will be good to have. #J-18808-Ljbffr
