Job Descriptions: Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties Perform end to end recruitment process, inclusive of interview coordination Assist in the process of foreign workers' work pass related matters, WICI, hospitalization insurance in compliance with MOM requirements Monitor staff daily attendance and leave record via HR system Update and maintain employee records in the HR system P-File management to ensure all necessary documents are filed appropriately in employees’ P-Files and HR system Responsible for the accurate calculations of monthly payroll, allowances, OT, etc. Responsible for staff training and development matters Coordinate training sessions internally and externally for employees and maintain training records/certificates Prepare HR reports and surveys when necessary Staff benefits and compensation administration Responsible for company insurance, license, and medical insurance claims Promptly update company new policies and procedures through IMS documents, employee handbook, etc. Liaise with government bodies on HR related matters Resolve staff feedback/complaints Knowledge of ISO9001/14001 and HR software Info-Tech will be an advantage Handle general inquiries through office line, email, and walk-ins Attend to visitors and liaise with internal staff to inform of arrivals Ensure proper usage and tidiness of meeting rooms/pantry Liaise with external service providers such as Janitorial company, Security company, etc. Responsible for company events, meals, transport, hotel accommodation booking, etc. Procurement of office stationery and pantry supplies as and when required Responsible for company vehicle matters, recording on vehicle inspection date/renewal notice, and arranging for vehicle inspection Oversee the general maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in HRM At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist preferably in Manufacturing industry Familiar with end to end process of the recruitment cycle Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn, independent, meticulous, hardworking Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Infotech system is a plus Willing to work overtime as required Preferably Singaporean #J-18808-Ljbffr
