Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 What will you be doing?
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards while achieving customer service targets.
- Create, monitor, and manage operational schedules in line with customer requirements.
- Supervise and coach a dedicated team, providing clear guidance to meet operational goals.
- Liaise closely with the Operations Manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Champion our safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure accurate handling of documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Manage staff training and development, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a large logistics or warehouse operation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP or JDA.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
