Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 What will you be doing?

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards while achieving customer service targets.
2. Create, monitor, and manage operational schedules in line with customer requirements.
3. Supervise and coach a dedicated team, providing clear guidance to meet operational goals.
4. Liaise closely with the Operations Manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
5. Champion our safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
6. Ensure accurate handling of documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
7. Manage staff training and development, including performance reviews and goal setting.

About You We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused professional with a strong background in warehouse supervision. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a large logistics or warehouse operation.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
3. Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP or JDA.
5. Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
6. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
