Job responsibilities Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements Handle all incoming inquiries through phone, email, online channels, and walk-ins for all products promptly and efficiently Promote products, greet and assist customers in the showroom Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials. Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders. Coordinate projects with internal operation teams and manage projects to completion Job requirements Demonstrate effective interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills Possess strong problem- solving skills in devising solutions to meet customer requirements Demonstrate excellent verbal and written professional communication skills Possess organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritise work to meet established deadlines Demonstrate high accuracy in work and strong attention to details Ability to work independently and collectively as part of the sales team #J-18808-Ljbffr
