Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor | Co. Mayo (Hybrid/Remote options)€100K-€110K + car, profit share, and benefits Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in County Mayo. Flexible working arrangements include hybrid/remote options or to be based in the Drogheda office. Main Responsibilities:

• Managing measurements, valuations, and agreements for work sections.
• Preparing cost forecasts, reconciling project costs, and final accounts.
• Handling variation orders, weekly progress updates, and interim valuations.
• Collaborating with managers on cost monitoring and reporting.
• Compiling variation logs and signing off on variations with Contracts Manager.
• Assisting with estimating and tendering where required.

• A BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a quantity surveying role, ideally within the construction sector.
• Familiarity with construction processes is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
