Job Responsibilities: Coordinate/Liaise with and advise Customer on enquiries and quotations independently and professionally. Maintain proper filing systems for Completed Jobs and others. Update the Daily Job Progress Table. Prepare Quotations and Service Reports. Coordinate/Liaise with Vendors to issue Purchase Orders. Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Good knowledge in fire-fighting systems and lifesaving appliances industry. Meticulous and ability to multitask is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Word & Excel.
