Job Description: Attractive remuneration packages (up to 5k). Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm. 5 mins walking distance from Promenade MRT. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily account payable duties, such as checking and processing employee expense claims, reviewing and posting vendor invoices, processing payments to vendors, handling vendor statement reconciliation. Prepare reports such as AP aging overview and analysis, T&E exceptions, IT expense drilldowns. Handle intercompany service fees and cost recharges and reconciliation. Perform overheads cost allocation to respective profit centres. Assist in overhead budgeting, cost analysis and reporting. Assist in preparation of audit schedules. Keep accurate and complete records. Any other ad hoc projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Dip/Deg in Accounting or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of accounting and finance experience. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of written and spoken English. Proactive team player with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills.
