Baker

Baker vacancy in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team at our Al-Kuwait bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and experience in working with different ingredients to create delicious products. The successful applicant will need an excellent knowledge of baking techniques, and the ability to follow instructions precisely and accurately. They should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed. The main duties of the Baker will include:

1. Mixing ingredients to create breads, cakes, pastries, pies, and other baked goods;
2. Setting up ovens and baking equipment;
3. Following recipes and creating new recipes;
4. Decorating cakes with icing or fondant;
5. Monitoring product quality;
6. Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area;
7. Ensuring food safety standards are met;
8. Monitoring inventory levels;
9. Ordering supplies when needed;
10. Preparing daily production reports.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of producing high-quality products in a timely manner. They should also have excellent customer service skills, as they may interact with customers both in person and over the phone. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
