Responsibilities: Preparation of various Chinese pastry & Dim Sum Check for food quality, plating, presentation and ensure that food safety standards are met Maintain work station and kitchen cleanliness Ensure hygiene practices (washing hands, wearing gloves) are followed according to the SOPs when preparing and presenting food Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company Requirements: Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute Possess good communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
