Customer Service Agent Excel Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our client in North Dublin. This person will be working with a well known Irish Company and will become an integral part of their Customer Service Team. This position would suit someone currently working in a customer service role for a logistics or transport company that would like to take on a new challenge. Duties of this customer service advisor
- Handle incoming phone and email queries
- Provide customer support to key accounts
- Provide administration support for the sales team when required
- Manage and record paperwork and customer records
- Assist with coordinating deliveries for customers
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times
- Professional telephone manner and customer service skills
- Customer focused with excellent people skills
- Good organisational and skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft office
