Salary: up to €45,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and inspire the Client Services Personal Lines team. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead with confidence while delivering outstanding service to clients. In this role, you will:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a growing team, ensuring performance and morale remain high.
- Implement a digital-first approach , identifying smarter ways of working to enhance the customer journey.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, implement development plans, and identify training needs.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, report progress, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- APA with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines, with leadership or supervisory experience a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize workloads effectively.
- A structured approach to managing time and resources, both for yourself and your team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team culture.
