- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product.
- Collaborate with the Customer Happiness Team and work in shifts.
- Responsively handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Aim to enhance customer satisfaction and overall happiness with the product.
- Participate in attending calls and engaging in online support chat sessions.
- Maintain records of all encountered cases.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Support in ensuring that bookings and reservations align with stadium schedules.
- Contribute to efforts in increasing customer retention rates through feedback calls and activities.
- Help improve the success rate of offline bookings.
- Current student or Bachelor's Degree holder in a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering professional customer service.
- Desire for growth and a learning-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
