Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the Energy Services division.
Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR guidance and support on various operational and employee-related matters.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Manage talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality candidates in alignment with ENGIE’s commitment to inclusiveness and diversity.
Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
Work closely with various departments to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in during transitions.

Skills Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and employment laws, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
Proficient in using HR metrics and data analysis to drive HR decisions and improve processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Experience

7 to 15 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, preferably within the energy or services sectors.
Experience in leading HR initiatives related to performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and policy adherence.
Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and driving cultural transformations.
