A Day in the Life

As a Training & Education Intern, your role is crucial in meeting market demands, knowing our products, and providing support and education to doctors, nurses, and patients by addressing their inquiries. Internship details:

Start date: February
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
Working model: hybrid/ onsite
Based in Abha but could cover if needed (Khamis Mushait, Jizan & Najran)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Facilitate onboarding of patients onto insulin pumps
Support hospitals in the area attending campaigns and patient onboarding
Follow up on our consignment in the hospital and refill anything used
Support our logistic team during the delivery process
Travel within the local region

Required Knowledge:

In the last year of studies or recently graduated e.g. healthcare, nutrition, health education, engineering, pharmacy, sciences or related field
Fluent in English and Arabic
Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Strong organization skills
Customer focus
Eager to learn & develop

Would be a plus:

Experience working with patients
Interest in diabetes
Driving license
