  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the technical intricacies of our products and solutions to effectively relay their advantages to clients.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, ensuring successful customer acquisition.
  • Adapt product demonstrations to align with specific client needs, showcasing our solutions' tailored benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales to offer pre-sales technical guidance, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Aid the sales team by delivering technical support prior to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Absorb the technical nuances of our products to facilitate informed discussions with prospective customers.
Skills
  • Must have experience in Prefab or Steel Industries.
  • Exceptional Technical Proficiency: Profound expertise in complex technical concepts and solutions, enabling effective communication of product specifications and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expert in delivering impactful presentations, compelling demonstrations, and persuasive technical proposals that underscore the value proposition of products.
  • Accomplished at seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, encompassing sales, marketing, and development, to iteratively improve product strategies and elevate customer interactions.
  • Adept at building enduring customer bonds through attentive listening, empathetic understanding, and customization of solutions to match specific client aims.
  • In-depth technical acumen, empowering the ability to convey intricate product details in a comprehensible manner to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
