Baker A reputable bakery in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. We are looking for someone with a passion for baking and the skills to create delicious and visually appealing products. Responsibilities: - Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes - Bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other items - Decorate baked goods using various techniques - Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed - Ensure quality and consistency of products - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Follow food safety standards at all times Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Baker - Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods - Ability to read and follow recipes accurately - Creativity in designing and decorating baked goods - Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)- Excellent time management skills - Experience working with sourdough is preferred but not required Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with opportunities for growth within our company. Working Hours: This is a full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on the needs of the bakery.
