Responsibilities

Supervise all site activities and monitor all workers functioning at the projects.
Obtain material approval, drawing approval, and site inspection approvals.
Collect payments from respective clients based on progress and final handover/job closeout.
Update logs for incoming and outgoing documents such as letters, MIR, RFI, material submittals, method statements, IFC, shop, and coordination drawings.
Submit documents (RFI, MIR, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings) to the main contractor for approval.
Submit timesheets for more than 100 site laborers and staff for payroll processing.
Convert documents to PDF and edit and combine PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
Maintain staff records (staff number, name, designation, mobile number, passport, and visa details) and coordinate with HR.
Maintain materials stock report weekly and monthly.
Provide IT support to site staff with more than 20 PCs and printers.
Maintain the IT asset record and coordinate with the IT engineer from the IT desk.
Troubleshoot hardware and operating system issues (added advantage).
Install and troubleshoot Outlook emails (added advantage).
Configure and troubleshoot the Wi-Fi network (added advantage).
Handle the ITSM application with incident management and service requests.
Configure and troubleshoot local and network printers.
Configure folder and file sharing for users with high access security when required.
Install and troubleshoot scanners.
Manage plant and equipment booking applications at the project site.
Prepare and submit permits and renewals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
4 to 5 years of experience.
Good computer background.
Excellent command of the English language; Arabic would be an advantage.
