As a Business Development Specialist, you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs. You will drive the entire sales cycle, act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and foster relationships to maximize client value and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities

Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new and fast-growing business with clients in your area of expertise.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline for growth and closing business, including the preparation of statements of work and contracts .
Foster integration with partners to enhance client value and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with client requirements.
Drive account growth through innovative business development strategies and the execution of comprehensive account planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to address their cybersecurity challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, product, and delivery teams , to design and implement effective solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to secure client buy-in.

Core Skills and Experience:

Expertise in managing strategic client relationships and expanding their value through innovative business strategies.
Strong experience in collaborating with partners to grow the book of business.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver client success.
Experience in pipeline management, including prospecting, closing, and preparing statements of work and contracts.
In-depth understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies and their application in addressing client needs.
Identifies as a self-starter, developing and winning new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions.
Demonstrates ownership and inspires others to make a positive impact.
Works collaboratively with energy, drive, and dedication to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
Builds strong relationships through superb interpersonal skills and acts as a skilled influencer of internal and external resources.

Work Experience:

5-8+ years of experience in cybersecurity business development.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure deals.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
