This is your chance to be part of an innovative team driving the next wave of financial transformation. Your Role As a key member of the IT Operations team, you will:
- Define and implement standards and best practices for IT Ops, monitoring, and service desk teams.
- Manage IT outsourcing partners, oversee vendor meetings, and ensure high performance.
- Support the CIO in creating and rolling out an IT Operations policy framework.
- Oversee documentation recertification and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement Identity Access Management (IAM) across internal applications.
- Lead performance management for IT Ops, Monitoring, Service Desk, and Market Ops teams.
- A university degree in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Relevant professional experience in financial institutions or regulated environments.
- Team management expertise.
- ITIL certification (beneficial).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (a plus).
- A passion for digital assets and initial experience in this area.
- Team spirit, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Work alongside industry experts in crypto and digital assets.
